Danger for your Security Deposit

They refuse to pay all my deposit
we tired to contact many time after 70 day of move out
they charge all my deposit for cleaning fee & Roach/pet

Run!

I am begging people to never rent from here. It CURRENTLY has a huge Roach problem ever since new management started. When I moved in light house owned it and they sprayed once a month with these new people they refuse to spray and when they just recently started spraying again they missed this month and the roaches are back. I suffer from so much stress because of it I refuse to have company or anything and am currently in contact with the state to try and get out of here before my lease is up... ,would hate to have to mess my credit up but if I have to make a run for it and mess it up anyway it’ll be so worth it It’s unclean. DONT DO IT and if you do you’ll find out
