Kabo Flats is a new mixed-use, mixed-income residential community coming to Boston Square in early summer 2026. Kabo Flats' apartment homes boast in-unit washer and dryer, modern, stainless steel kitchen appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and range, as well as quartz kitchen countertops, easy to maintain vinyl flooring throughout, and central air conditioning. A pet friendly community, one cat or dog up to 25 lbs. is welcomed at Kabo Flats. Located next door to HUB 07, residents at Kabo Flats have access to a diverse array of organizations and services including an on-site café, daycare, and healthcare. A fitness center will be available to Kabo Flats' residents when the next phase of development is completed.
