I lived in Briar Lane for 3 years while working in medical community. I had a great time and was very pleased. The apartments are spacy and well kept. The leasing office staff are super nice and responsive. I didn't have any issue throughout my stay. The AC is a bit loud in the summer but otherwise I don't think you can find a better apartment for the same price.

We have lived here for 2 years, due to some life changes we have to move. After leaving our beautiful home of 20 years, we moved here and Wow such a great choice. Very clean, staff friendly and efficient. I will miss our home at Briarlane!

I recently left this apartment due to finding a home, and I couldn’t have had a better experience at Briar LN Apartments. I lived in one of the one bedroom units. It was very spacious with plenty of storage/closet space and an attached deck with a beautiful view. Other residents in my building were respectful and quiet. My husband and I lived at Briarlane Apartments for nearly four years, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The community is clean, well-maintained, and quiet. We have a very social dog, so we got to know many of our neighbors from spending lots of time outside. Everyone was friendly and respectful. The management and maintenance staff are also friendly, fair, and on top of things. We rarely had to put in a maintenance request, but they were always handled quickly and done correctly....

The apartment itself was perfect for us, with a good amount of storage and a spacious living room. I especially liked the large slider in the living room, as it provides plenty of natural light and a great view (more so in the summer when the trees had leaves). The apartment was clean and odor-free and generally well cared for. Plus, we never had issues with the appliances.

Finally, I loved the location! It is close to East Grand Rapids and Reeds Lake, which I loved for walking and running. I would highly recommend Briarlane to anyone looking to rent an apartment in the Grand Rapids area. Read More
