I absolutely love my apartment. It is so cute, perfect size, and perfect location for me. However, the ceiling is paper thin and I can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbors are doing (and they’re not exactly quiet or considerate of that fact they have a downstairs neighbor). My rating would be 5 stars hand down if i wasn’t woken up, kept up, and just consistently affected by how loud they are :(

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Community is great here with fun activities hosted monthly. Almost all utilities are covered which is a great help with rising costs overall.

I absolutely love my loft apartment. It’s bright, open, and has such a cozy yet modern feel. The layout makes the space feel spacious and comfortable, and the natural light really brings everything together. It’s a peaceful place to come home to, while still being close to everything I need. The loft has truly felt like a sanctuary for me, and I’m proud to call it home.

Great place to live! The leasing office and property managers are always very kind and helpful. Great location right downtown, but tucked away just enough for minimal foot traffic.
