Kitchen: full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and island for extra prep space.

Living area: comfy sofa, smart TV, and coffee table. Step outside to a balcony, front yard, and backyard with a community firepit and BBQ grill.

Off-street parking and nearby bus stops make exploring easy. Shops, parks, and restaurants are all close by.

Additional Rules:

Long term leases over 3 months they pay for utilities except water and trash. Tenant will pay the internet.

Minimum of 30 days terms leases
