Pet Policy: $40 per pet per month (maximum of 2 pets allowed). Unauthorized pets on the premises will result in a $100 penalty fee. $75 non refundable pet fees.

Pets are welcome but please keep them off the beds and comforters. Thanks for understanding!

Tenant not allowed to run full business with large computer servers. Work from home is fine, but no full blown business.

Quiet hours are 9pm-8 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Cleaning Fee : $250 with pet applies to each stay.
$195 without pet applies to each stay

No smoking in all units including vaping/pot. $500 fine for vaping, pot, or cigarette smoke inside premises strongly prohibited. Detection devices installed in each unit and will alert the owner of violations. Outside of the premises ok and discarded appropriately.

Charging electric vehicles using house outlets is not permitted unless prior arrangements have been approved. Unauthorized charging may result in additional fees.

Our property operates under a self-concierge system, meaning guests will purchase any additional supplies needed during their stay. But we think you'll find you only need bring groceries and beverages!

Our kitchen is FULLY stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, Keurig, and more!

To make your stay more comfortable, we provide MANY supplies that include:
