234 Market is a great place to live. The location is amazing, it’s walking distance to downtown GR! I live in a studio and it feels brand new. I would recommend to anyone!

Clean, and very attentive management. Minutes walk to multiple bars and restaurants but also not loud in that respect.

Love the high ceilings and kitchen has great appliances. Big windows for a lot of natural light as well.

Can't wait for the resident functions start back up after being on pause with COVID.

234 Market is the perfect location. It is in walking distance from the entire food and drink scene in Grand Rapids not to mention neighbors to Founders! The apartments are beautiful and the floor to ceiling windows are my favorite part, you get so much natural light! The office staff is very responsive and friendly as well. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been at 234 Market for almost a year and I’ve never been happier with an apartment. It is quiet, clean and the units are beautiful! The location is perfect, you can walk to so many places downtown but is far enough away from the bars that you don’t have to deal with loud crowds. Jessica and Kelsey are so sweet, they have answered every single question and helped me with anything I needed. This is a great place to live.

Living here has met and exceeded all expectations thus far! Units are fully updated and modern, include washer/dryer, include most utilities, have a gym for residents to use, covered parking available, the property is super safe and secure, residents and leasing staff are super welcoming and helpful, property is right downtown GR which is walking distance to all local restaurants and bars. If you’re looking for a place to live downtown this is it.
