It is a really awesome place to live everyone is friendly the landlord is the coolest person ever she got a heart of gold and will work her back end off trying to make everyone happy the maintenance guy is hilarious and has a grate seance of humor I've been here for a while now and still love it and this place is so good infact that I have 5 friends in total from highschool that live here as well the place is truly amazing

proximity to golf courses and the black river, its' really a hidden gem, Laura, the manager is a great person!!
