I was a resident for close to 10 years and for the most part, it can be quiet, and even though one of the maintenance guys can be rude at times, they do actually come when you call. The reason for the 1 star is because periodically, kids from the apartment complex that's right next to this one will come in and cause trouble such as banging on the doors, stealing packages, throwing eggs, breaking windows, etc. My breaking point was when they started throwing rocks over by the dumpsters on... multiple different occasions. That's when I knew I had to get out. It only added to the issues I was having with the upstairs neighbors the last 2-3 years I was living there where they would bang on the floor whenever I had my TV on and on a few occasions, they banged on the floor simply because I flushed my toilet. I believe that was unprecedented, especially since the most part I tried to keep to myself. Those were the only neighbors I had issues with in the apartments, most of the people would even tell you that I was pretty much a hermit.

Another issue with this place is trying to get your security deposit back after you move out. I gave them my forwarding address multiple times and I ensured my apartment was left clean. I sent them a letter with more than 30 days notice, which I included my forwarding address. I got a text from the manager 2 weeks prior to my move out date asking if I was completely moved out. That is unprofessional, especially since I paid rent up to my move out date. I gave them my forwarding address again once I moved out. Weeks passed and did not hear anything about my security deposit. I ended up having to send a letter certified mail with return receipt requested, including my forwarding address for a third time telling them that by law they have to send me an itemized list of damages or my full security deposit. As soon as they received the letter, I got my check for the full security deposit. If I never sent that letter, they would have kept my security deposit.

I do not suggest moving in to this place, rent may be cheap, but you will experience issues and will have to go out of your way and jump through hoops just to get your deposit back. Read More

I lived here in 22/23 & when I decided to move out-of-state, I let them know if, I came back to Michigan, I'd be calling them - in 2024, I came back, called & sure enough, they had a unit available - the grounds & the common areas are very well maintained - if you have a repair that's needed, the maintenance guys are right on it - the office manager is very nice & easy to talk too - thanks to the entire team for their efforts, my overall satisfaction is "Grateful" - I definitely would... recommending this being your home Read More
