It once took a year to get my shower fixed. Maintenance took my door to be repaired and I haven't seen it in 141 days. Asked maintenance to fix the vent in my bedroom, they wound up breaking it and told me the job was done. Our back door is cobbled together with pieces of particle board "sealed" with metallic tape. It takes months to get any repairs done.

Overall happy but maintenance can be slow and dog owners let their dogs bark too much which can be really frustrating. But it’s still a nice place to live

Nice place to live..great grounds, neighbors ,lots of wildlife and nice large apartment homes. But waiting for a maintenance request from 4 weeks ago though!

Very quiet community friendly neighbors and overall just a perfect place to live especially if it happens to be your very first place! Staff is friendly and is always there to help when you need it!
