Jessica has been nothing but amazing from the beginning on the process of moving in and living here. Love the amenities (pool, gym dog park and walking trail)

Been here a year and so far so good. I lived here 15 years ago and liked it then also. The only issue I’m having, there are a lot of people that don’t clean up after their dog. I love on the ground level, so that may be a problem when spring comes around.

Mostly good, but have issues with my window in the 2nd room that has multiple cracks and allowing a black color to form along these cracks and the entire length of the window sill. Had maintenance look at it and said they were just going to caulk it, but haven’t been back.

Living here is still not the greatest. Dog poop is still everywhere no one picks it up. Maintenance doesn’t seem to fix anything or it takes them forever to get things fixed.

So far so good. Winter is difficult. People seem okay. My next door neighbors are Lovell. I met some nice dogs before it got so cold, with their owners of course. Looking forward to warm weather.
