I am currently a resident and i have put on so many work orders to fix my door issues, but they do not resolve my issue. My door has huge spaces and because of that my energy bill is twice than expected but the office staff says that they cannot replace my door this year. I am annoyed to my worse.

This complex has squatters. The apartments are cute roomy, but they have squatters. The apartments near me had a couple move out 06/28 and exactly 5 days later between 6-8 moved in. Everybody in the our building knew who everyone was upon arrival, what are the odds. They have the exact same decor as thee last renters , they never took it down-it serves as a mile marker for the squatters. they all have keys and they moved in only after leasing office was closed. From various states. There are... people running in and out of that apartment all hours of the day, they blast music and are loudest at night again after the leasing office is closed. I lived in this apartment for 3 years and just moved out. Everything was great. Clean and nice apartment, spacious layout, and timely maintenance. It's in a nice and quite area which is good for students or family with kids. I would highly recommend.

I moved to Michigan in 2015, from one of the best apartments in Atlanta GA - Walton Communities. So the bar of expectations was already raised high. It was difficult for me to find something that wife would like *phew* :-)
After checking out 3-4 communities, I stumbled upon Polo Club Apts. Amazing staff.. very responsive, Lisa, the property manager, is the nicest person to work with! You can feel how the management treat the place like their own home (well, do you know literally it is!).

The... rooms are spacious. Kitchen is spacious (most important for my wife :-) ) which makes it best value for money. Other apartments in same price range are a lot smaller. Landscape of the community is nice and spacious - buildings are spread out. Quite place.

Maintenance Service is great, specially emergency service personnel are very quick in responding.

Another thing I loved about this place was preps they do for you when you move in - new toilet seats, welcome pkg etc. and while leaving we did not have to worry about wall paint, cooking appliance burner covers... Most of the communities I lived said "Better you buy and replace, if we buy and replace it will cost you more!" - So yes, these nitty-gritty things do matter a lot, and a lot less hassle and money. moving in & out!

Another thing I love about this Polo Club Apartments is there 2 cool Lease addendum - I took both. First Optional Addendum available is - "If your job situation changes, you do not have to vacate with a hefty 2 months rent and what not." very fair, hard to find Landlord which do not exploit people in distress. This was so cool. Second option is "If you buy a new house and you have this addendum, again you do not pay hefty amounts at the time of leaving." Amazing Amazing! That's what we did - just bought a home and moved out..! This is a great place to stay...! Thank you Polo Club for giving us wonderful memories.

I was worried about moving into an apartment given I had lived in a house for 28 years. But needed a place till I could find my new home. It was a good experience to choose Polo Club. The Home Buyers program was perfect for me as I found my new home earlier than expected. The ladies in the office were always friendly & accommodating.
