I viewed a two bedroom unit with the property manager Stacie and she treated me with respect and was fully attentive to all the questions that I had. The grounds and amenities that Creekside has are wonderful. Stacie is top notch and knows the apartment management business very well.

I thought I really enjoyed my stay there UNTIL I turned in my keys and received my security deposit check. Before I moved out, I asked the office at least THREE times and with TWO different staffs if we can get refund for the rent if we move out early. ALL the answers we got was yes, so we cleaned the apartment carefully and turned in the keys TEN DAYS before our lease ends hoping to get back $450. However, there is nothing mentioned for rent refund on the statement. So I called the office and... they refused to live up to their words(lessons learned to get this in writing). Just want to let the future potential residents know, be EXTRA CAREFUL when you are dealing with the office, they don't really take responsibilities for any WRONG INFO provided to you. Get everything involved with money in WRITING!!

We had to move recently due to a family emergency after living at Creekside for 7 years, but we hated to leave. It’s a beautiful, safe, peaceful place with a variety of different apartments and condos available. The management and maintenance staff are responsive and efficient and friendly. Never did a repair or concern go unheeded. It was our privilege to live among such wonderful neighbors, too - we miss Cteekside, and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a great place to live.

I love the Creekside Apartments. They are very roomy and very quiet. I never hear my neighbor and it feels more like a condo than an apartment. I am very happy here.
