Wifi sucks, the company that owns the landings is incredibly predatory, so many maintenance issues, they took our water heater and HVAC for 2 1/2 days without any notice, place comes dirty, fees without warning, and if you have a problem good luck getting a response because there aren't enough leasing or maintenance staff.

All this and more!

We put up with a lot but there's a breaking point :/

place comes trashed and unclean by previous owners and matinence takes months or never to fix any request’s. Also our water has been shut off 3 times with no real prior notice besides a text saying that it’s already been turned off.

It is a good apartment. This is my 2nd year living here and i am liking it. The place has a gym which i regularly use. The equipments in gym could be a bit better. But it isn’t that bad

So Far everything is good but only issue was the cleanliness when I moved in the bathroom was extremely dirty. Other than that room was good just a little bit too cold sometimes

Decent rooms at the given price.
It's bit far from msu but the cata bus runs every 15 mins which makes life easier.
The staff is friendly my door had some issue they came and fixed it the same day.
