The property manager leads with both professionalism and heart. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly, and I’m always notified once it’s complete. Being in the heart of downtown Detroit with a team that genuinely cares makes a big difference.

I really like the space. The bathrooms are an excellent size, the closet is GREAT, and the neighborhood is very up-and-coming. I love that I can easily walk to several bars and restaurants. The 24-hour security that patrols the neighborhood made me super comfortable moving to a new city. I also love how many dogs are around! I surprisingly do not hear any of them barking or anything.
Sadly, there are several downfalls. They must have skimped on sound-proofing between floors because I hear... every step my upstairs neighbor takes. I also hear their music through the vents as if it were playing in my apartment. When I moved in, I was instructed to contact the security company that patrols the community anytime there were noise complaints during quiet hours. The first time I called, the security team told me they didn’t handle that type of thing. When I reached out to the property manager, it took three emails to get a response. Subsequent followup emails have either been ignored or I’ve gotten a one sentence response.
If you go to sleep before midnight, beware that you might get a young college student that lives above you who does not know apartment etiquette and blasts their music or rearranges/thoroughly cleans their apartment beyond quiet hours.
