As a resident of a year now, I will say I cannot wait for the day I get to say goodbye to this dumpster fire of a building… if you choose to live here, you will have:
-Broken elevators, ceilings that cave in, water that is never a consistent temperature or pressure, washers + driers that are down half the time + rip your clothes, leaky pipes into your living area, good luck trying to get the singular repair guy to come in bc he’s holding together an entire building on his own, high heating costs... , windows that won’t even fully seal/ close, and much much more Read More

I lived here for the last 2 years while attending school and am going to miss it! The building is beautiful and I had relatively few maintenance issues. The space is great for the price and I loved the location and the pool!!!! I have to move for work but would come back in a heartbeat!

This was my first apartment, and it's been going on 2 years now. There is so much charm lobby, and the updates to units are lovely. Not only that, but maintenance is extremely kind and will help you with anything needed. Whenever there has been an issue, as it is an older building, they are prompt in reaching out and trying to fix it or finding someone who can. Overall, I love living here and enjoying the peace while being just steps away from activities!

All things considered, the location is pretty nice, and the maintenance guy will get there pretty fast, however be ready for nothing to be working- elevators down, leaking sinks, we’ve now been without water for 24 hours because the pump wasn’t installed right
