if i could give this apartment building a 0 i would. first off they have roaches that randomly come even after extermination. the key fobs give out and they want $35 for a new one. building manager is rude and nasty. maintenance is horrible they take forever to fix things and somethings they cant even fix. i wouls NEVER live in this partial senior citizen home again. nor recommend. the ideal of them are nice until you actually move into this dump!

There is no value in this building, they only repair the first floor and office but nothing in the apartments, for instance the first floor had a complete makeover but I still have the same leaking faucet since I moved in in 2014 and I reported more than 5 times, it took them two years to replace my smoke detector, just to put in one that don't work. Property Manager do not seem to know a paying customer is to be treated with respect, she talks down to everyone (ask anyone if you walk in any... resident). Priced way to high with nothing to offer but headaches. We were in the news for a fire in that fire no evacuation procedure was implemented fire department could not use the elevators and had to run up the same stairs residents were coming down. Looks can be deceiving when I first moved in my apartment at Robert 111 I thought it was the best place ever until one day I woke up and it was a roach in the bathroom I asked them to come spray my apartment they put me on the list and when the people came out to spay they made it seem like it was pointless to spray the apartment because they said soon as someone else get they're apartment sprayed they gone come right back???????? Then a couple days later I seen a bed bug on my bathroom sink... and I asked him to spray again so when They came out they say it could have Fell off me????????????that was completely impossible I didn't have nothing when I moved in here I bought everything brand-new.... they let anybody in so it's pointless of the security being there and the elevators is always down they are full of crap do not I repeat do not waste your money !!!!!!!!! When i first looked at the apartment I thought that this was going to be the place that i call home. We looked at the apartment and everything look up to par. On the day that we were to move in I did a cleaning of the apartment and seen dead roaches in the bathroom, seen roach droppings in kitchen cabinets. whomever stayed there last had a very bad roach problem and the apartment management tried to cover it up even told us that they sprayed several times before we moved in. No not thinking... anything wrong with that due to they treated the apartment, to also find out that there are bedbugs there. I told them that I seen some in my apartment and they told me that it could of traveled on me from the outside. Well i wasn't going to chance it and asked for them to spray the apartment before we move in and they told me that they already sprayed the place but they will have someone come out within a week to do it again, but they were upset at me for reporting this issue and having someone spray. (come on i have a child moving in with me). To get to the point they spray 4 times, I sprayed and still seen dead roaches and the management staff had issues with me wanted to move to another apt. or break my least. Just beware that it may look nice, but open the cabinets and look closer, even check for bedbugs. that was my mistake and lost out on my deposit and 1st month rent. I love the cleanliness of the apartment building.

I enjoy looking at the flowers and trees surrounding the landscaping.

The tenants and employees at Robert's 111, are people friendly.

I can't express how much I want to be a residency.

I dream about how I want to decorate my place, which will match the building's good taste.

This is a place I want to call home.

Robert's 111 is where I belong.
