Been a resident for 6 years. Poor maintenance. Apartment has been flooded 3x from upstairs apartment. Ceiling is collapsing and has mold in bathroom. Black mold in carpet. Power outages due to poor electrical wiring. I was out of power several times due to electric wires being damaged by water. Poor management!

They had mold in the apartment. The walls were covered with paint and primer so you couldn’t tell. The heat didn’t work properly. And the stove never turned on.

I was very fortunate to find these apartments. They're very affordable in a peaceful area. My favorite feature is the gated private parking lot. Ive been living here for almost a year and I'm loving it.
