Shady Dealings
This property is questionable I was contacted by a women who called me from her private phone...not the company phone. I was told I had to provide a color copy of my ID and SSC number $25 for app fee, 6 months worth of rental receipts. 6 months of pay check stubs. I told her I do not have rent receipts because I have been living with family members for over 5 years and the rent receipts are not in my name I was told I would have to pay an extra $250 plus $500 for deposit and $500 first month. I... have tried in vain to reach the owner instead I kept getting a private answering service and the people on that line were clueless and snarky I asked abput the landlord and his business hours no one could tell me anything other then he does not have a set time. unbelieveable...so i was unable to verify the information giving me, I was extremely uneasy and decided not to go. Instead went some where else. Beware of this place....do your best to dig and get answers before you give up any money or critical information.
