The landlord Kimberly harasses you outside of business hours. I’ve had to go the whole winter with broken windows. The apartments aren’t up to code and the rent is expensive and NOT worth it.

The management don't deal with complaints fast enough. My apartment got broken into. 3 times. They say they got security but they don't. Maintenance for the most part did there job but management rarely responses to complaints. Upon leaving the unit we were charged for everything that literally was wrong with the apartment that was out of our control like leaking pipes from a year ago, mold that was a result of the leaking pipes. The actual pipes that had to be fixed that was in the wall.

I've stayed here for 2 years I don't have any complaints! They're pretty cool and quiet. I dont see Leasa a lot but she was a great manager.
