I’ve lived in my one-bedroom apartment in downtown Detroit for ten years, and it’s truly been home. All utilities are included, which is a huge plus. The building is secure, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I feel safe and well cared for here. Highly recommend!

I have been here for almost 2 years. Very clean updated apartment. I haven't seen any bugs in the apartment for well over a year now. Cleanliness helps with bug/roach concerns. Management especially Monique, and security are both helpful and understanding. I like that security is onsite and in the parking lot. As a single female it's important to me. If you like being near the water like me, you'll appreciate the location and the view. If you work downtown, you can walk to work in 20 mins and... drive there in 5 mins. I love the apartment and the location.

This place has great views but you don't get enjoy them when you are battling roaches all day. They come from every opening to a wall. It doesn't matter if your unit is spotless! The elevators are always broken. The property management team does not follow through with their claims of improvement. I would advise you to stay away unless you have no other place to go!

DO not live here. Parking lot pot wholes everywhere. ROACHES.....Management horrible. Only thing about this apartment was the reasonable rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Fire alarm goes off for hours in the middle of the night. Tenants disregard all alarms.
Parking lot a mess with potholes, often full with cars incorrectly parked for months, littered with trash and broken glass from car windows.
Hot water doesn't work in winter.
Elevators frequently down.
Washer and dryers don't work.
Dogs excrete everywhere. In the main lobby, front door, stairwells, elevators and even gym.
Hallways and stairwells littered with trash.
Ceiling leaks.
