In addition we have manage multiple rehab projects. With over 30 years of negotiating and marketing experience, we place a strong emphasis on technology, social media, and other online platforms to get our clients property SOLD for top dollar! We use professional photography as well as a comprehensive marketing plan including targeted advertising/behavioral targeting as well as extensive social media engagements with real analytics. We answer all our calls and return calls. Today, we see so many agents using their camera phones to take pictures and they don’t answer their phones once they get a listing. We want to make an impact on that by giving homeowners a better option. In 2001 I met the love of my life, April, and we shared the same passion about real estate. We were married in 2002 and she is the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of all of our businesses. We are both licensed real estate professionals with 18 years of experience between us. April brings a strong legal, organizational and finance background to the team. She is amazing at what she does and I could not do this without her.
