First of all, I would say the apartments are nice, good looking, lot of new amenities but the after cost is where you guys need to be careful. They will take a lot of deposit upfront and eventually give you pennies back. The charges that are shown on your deposit back are not even relevant charges. I hate to say I will not recommend this place to anyone going forward. The charges mentioned - Center granite island was greasy and not clean, how in the world can a granite get greasy within 1 year.... They would charge you for items not even damaged (one door of refrigerator scratched - 300$ irrelevant charge). Really disappointed with this apartments. Took 1800$ off my deposit. If I had a choice I would rate them ZERO. Changed 4 different apartments hardly got charged 200$ from my deposit.

Same as the previous resident. This place nickel and dimes you. Quality of living is decent, cheaply built out and not sound proof. Looks good and all superficial. Don’t believe the hype at this point it’s all about the dollar. I was an resident for a year and a half and unfortunately this was not an pleasant experience in the end. I have always kept an great apartment and have never been charged in the past for anything outside of normal wear and tear. I was charge for discolored... granite in which this was normal wear and tear. Funny part is they delayed the walk through on my apartment to not re-lease. They just wanted to keep my money for the final month when I gave them almost two weeks to walk the apartment and repaint it to lease it the following month. Just a greedy apartment complex. The staff is inexperienced and petty. They do not respect tenants and don't keep commitments ie; amenity readiness, construction traffic, etc. The roads are constantly dirty and dangerous due to construction equipment through the complex.....assurances were given months ago this wouldn't be the case

Sales staff are very nice and plainly said, when we leased, the units were basically sound proof. They include in their lease agreement that these units promote a Quiet Relaxing Environment....

The Engineers and Architects did not do a sufficient job in this design. For the cost of these apartments we expected much more.

Truth is, the floors transmit every step the upper tenants make. We can hear their dog whining when they are not home and barking when they are. We know when they get up.... .. 6am every morning. So don't plan on sleeping in... EVER! We even know when they use the bathroom... Yep we know everything about them.

At least they are clean.... We can hear their vacuum cleaner running across the floor, we know when they shower and wash their clothes because the washing machine and dryer are very noisy. We hear water running through the walls every time they flush, Wash clothes and wash dishes... So Quiet? ....... Far from it!

The other day there were four visiting cars, from the neighbors, parked directly in front of my garage. I could not even get in it. So there is a lack of consideration exhibited toward your neighbors.

So ask me if I would lease here again? DEFINITELY NOT!. If I can get out of this lease now I would. It is stressful living here when you want to have peace and quiet. Read More
