From the outside this building looks great but when you move in things start being different.

When I first toward the apartment they had a security system that prevent non-residents from entering the building and had handicap/wheel chair accessible doors. These were two big selling points for me and my family. The security door broke over six months ago and it still is not fixed even though multiple residents have asked for it to get fixed. Additionally the handicap door buttons haven’t been... working, all management did was put a sign up saying they were aware of the problem.

The building staff also do not keep the place clean. There are orange peals on the stairs that haven’t been touched for months. Plus the common areas often smell bad and are not cleaned regularly. In my time here (over a year) I have only seen someone cleaning the hallway once. I wish I could submit pictures because I cannot describe the filth.

We were told moving in we would have 24 hour emergency maintenance but that also wasn’t true. The apartment above us overflowed their bathroom and water was rushing through my ceiling. I attempted to contact maintenance as the water was dripping into outlets but was told they couldn’t do anything. This was a month ago and there still has been nothing done about the burnt out light or the mold that is starting to appear.

In conclusion I wouldn’t suggest this place to a friend and I’m very excited when I’m able to move out. Read More

Don't come here! The place always smells like eggs and sulfur, the first floor smells strongly of weed at all times, the garbage room makes the hallways smell like rotten fish and more! Been months and still no fix
