Rent goes up every year
Sewage Problem
Spider problem
Too many trees, power tends to go out a lot
Keep records of stuff or you won’t get your security deposit back

Nice first place

Good first apartment and David is really a good landlord, would suggest for a first time renter. Only downfall is there isn’t any in unit washer and dryer
