Tenant pays: gas (forced air furnace heat), and electric (air conditioning, lights, stove, etc.). Owner pays: water, sewer, trash, snow removal, and lawn maintenance. Pets are welcome with a $150 non refundable pet cleaning fee. +$25 monthly cat rent (up to 2x cats). ***Sorry, no dogs allowed*** In order to qualify, the owner wants to see dependable credit history, and proof of income greater than 3x the monthly rent (combined) .
