Tenant pays: gas (forced air furnace heat), and electric (air conditioning, lights, stove, etc.). Owner pays: water, sewer, trash, and lawn maintenance. Pets are welcome with a $150 non refundable pet cleaning fee. +$25 monthly for 1-2 cats, or +$35 monthly for 1 dog. In order to qualify, the owner wants to see good credit, and proof of income greater than 3x the monthly rent (combined) . There is a $50 non refundable application fee per applicant to apply.
