High rent increase caused me to move. I lived there for 3 years and my most recent increase was just too high. The month I left my tires and wheels were stolen overnight and left on blocks (a few days prior someone in another building had them stolen too). There are no indoor/secured parking only car ports which most don't have proper lighting. The offices take was "we can't get involved and these things happen". They should put in better lighting, and cameras that work/record. Being right off... telegraph the Bloomfield police said its an easy target for car theft. They are now doing many upgrades like siding and dog park but security should be first priority.

I really loved living at Whethersfield Apartments. It was such an amazing home for my daughter and I for almost 12 years. I can’t thank enough the management and staff, Sandra, Ken, Joe, Jovan, Maria and Ralph for their kindness. Great location but apartments are infested with tons of bugs! I found at least 10-15 spiders, ants, roly polys, pantry moths, and other creepy crawlies in there daily. Maintenance and the leasing office did very little to help. The building is extremely old and has lots of maintenance issues.

I love my apartment , I love the location. Nice and clean area, where I have always lived. I feel very safe, I love having my own washer and dryer and balcony. Maitenence is always very timely.
