Review is NOT as a tenant but an unpleasant interaction
Management has very poor communication skills. I inquired about availability, a tour, and an application. They sent an email with no name, no introduction, no punctuation, and not even a subject line. They did not answer basic questions about the apartment and application process. They ignored my request for a tour and wanted me to submit an application without even viewing the unit. Very unprofessional and their application system is extremely outdated. Based on that interaction alone, I lost... interest. You may have a different experience and the units may be a great community to live in. That interaction just turned me off completely. Maybe don’t rule it out if you like the area, but be prepared for poor communication.
