Been here 3 to 4 years. Amount of rent is reasonable compared to others. Staff are friendly, quick to respond to issues. Bedrooms in 2 bedroom apt are spacious. Quiet and peaceful and safe. I have no complaints

I've lived here for a year with my sons. The staff is friendly, maintenance fixes problems in a timely fashion & the best part its clean & quiet. The apartments are located in an excellent area to schools & stores.

Tuscan Manor is a great apartment complex. I loved my stay here. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way for residence.
There are a lot of perks to living here.
The apartments have an amazing amount of space for the price. The complex is very safe and quiet with friendly neighbors and its located within walking distance to all of downtown Belleville

I've been living here for over 2 years with my wife and it's been the best apartment I have ever lived. Short answer: Apply to live here, it's awesome. Long answer: Lets begin with addressing the bad reviews There's some speak of them being lazy and taking too long to fix things. Let me just say that the maintenance crew here is one of the best. Specifically, Jason as the team lead is an awesome guy, very respectable and kind. They are quick to respond to emergencies, and are still timely in... things that are less pressing/threatening to your living situation. Theresa does not play favorites, she plays honest human interaction. If you show respect and honesty, she will show you that right back along with the maintenance crew. I specifically had one experience where the upstairs neighbors air-conditioning kept leaking down into our ceiling. Granted, it got all over my guitar and it happed a couple of times, I was still kind and patient with the emergency crew who drove out to our place on weekends and holidays to fix it and ensure no more of our things would get ruined. You would not believe how many times the emergency crew told me that they were so appreciative that I was kind, patient, and nice to them even though some of my stuff got leaked on. This, caused them to really push for the fix to happen quick and it resulted in the upstair neighbors getting a new AC unit! Win win. Now, mind you, they just can't buy new things. These maintenance crews and Property managers are reporting to Princeton, whole ultimately foots the bills. So there's a process to them just slapping in a new ac unit compared to just fixing it and fixing the leak. But nonetheless, I was kind, they were kind. Be kind people. It'll get you far in life. Now, I can't speak to pets because we don't have any, but I can speak to neighbors. We had some strong smells (Marijuana, I don't know if it was illegal or medicinal, doesn't really matter.) coming through our bathroom vent and my allergies were getting pretty bad. I don't care if it's in the common area where you walk out at, but once I smell it in my apartment, that's when I get irritated. I emailed Theresa, and immediately, there where signs posted, notifications being sent about the smoking rules, etc. etc. After none of that worked, they issued apartment inspections for our building (perfectly in line with the lease you sign) and from that point thereafter, we didn't smell it anymore. Nice area. Great view. Stairs hard to climb. A bathroom in a half. That's great
