Beautiful layout poor sound control
Love the layout and the updated floor plan and high ceilings. I lived here for one year and will not be renewing my lease. Outdoor water supply does not work. Informed management at move in it was never addressed.
I read the other review and it is 100% accurate. The back units have the poorest maintenance. Missing paint, no landscaping and poor drainage.
My biggest concern I have is the amount of noise from other tenants. I live on a lower level and can hear everything above me. I also hear... dogs barking three doors over. The noise has gotten worse and does not warrant the luxury price tag.

Barrington Square Review
Lived there for almost 2 years. Ok place to live. Thin walls so you will hear your neighbors unless they are a mouse. Some requests were slow to be responded to or I had to take into my own hands. The paint is super cheap with no gloss so it scuffs super easy. Based on the quality of construction, you will likely have some issues arise. While I was there, I had a window leak, the subfloor bowing and causing the vinyl planks to pop up, and I started to notice major cracking in the corner of the... bedroom drywall. If you want an idea as to their attention to detail, notice that the support columns were finished/painted on building 1 but not on building 2 or 3. Left it very clean but with one patch that admittedly wasn't the best but was charged $250. Seemed a bit egregious.
