I like University Trails, I think it would be better if we got our screen doors back, as well as improve the shuttle service a little more. University Trails is comfortable and my roommates are friendly.

I felt weird starting in a place where someone else already was and there was no review of maintenance and cleaning in between tenants moving in and out because there was old leftover food everywhere, a large mess pile of mail and space was completely taken over so I had to clean to make my own space (and the others who moved in at the same time as me) but other than that you know what you’re signing up for with transportation (being sometimes difficult) so its all good from there. I don't use... the amenities but I imagine they must be sublime.

Very good thus far, I would say the only thing is inconsistent shuttle arrival and its not very frequent so its inconvenient for those who rely on it.

It's a great community! I feel very safe. The amenities are great. The construction is still quite new so everything is super clean. The shuttle service is a total God send.

The community is great, it's like they've created a small resort with everything you need. The shuttle to campus is especially helpful and they've even added another upon request.
