Brandon was great! Professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The property is well maintained and clean. The snow was not an issue-drives and sidewalks were cleared. I was concerned about storage for the 3 bedroom. It’s not an issue. Space is thoughtfully used compared to competing properties for extra storage.

Trash/recycling dumpsters overflow every week. Manager refuses to add more pickups.
Trash/recycling dumpsters overflow every week. Manager refuses to add more pickups. Expect to hear "no, that is just cosmetic" if an appliance breaks, that is the manager's go to response to any repairs that cost money

The unit is great when the a/c works. The pool is great when it is not closed on weekends. If someone where to ask me is it worth the extra money I am honestly not sure what my response would be. Everything that you need is here but since I do not use the gym or the tennis courts not sure if I wouldn't recommend another place.

The neighborhood is clean and very well kept. I just wish the appliances would work after maintenance has worked on them 2-3 times. I like living here but maintenance is a joke.
