Great Vibes, Great Space
Really enjoying living here so far. The apartment itself is nice, and the courtyard is a great spot to relax or soak up some sun when the weather’s good. Maintenance has been super responsive—every request I’ve made has been handled the same day. They also do little community events like movie nights, game nights, and raffles, which is a nice bonus. The common areas are super useful—there’s a quiet space for studying, a game room to unwind, a few treadmills if you want to work out, and printers,... which has come in handy more than once. The free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby is also a small thing that makes a big difference in the mornings. Plus, being right across from the bus stop is a huge win, especially if you’re an engineering student.

The staff are wonderful. The amenities are nice. It is right next to a gym and a bus stop. Wonderful off-campus housing.

It works
It’s a nice location and right in front of the bus stops so it works but we were roomed with individuals who had been living in the apartment and took up all the kitchen space with clutter.

Good apartment
Absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment is spacious, well-lit, and has a cozy feel. The neighborhood is safe and convenient, with everything within walking distance. Great experience overall!
