Great apartments!
Toured here recently and the staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The view from the penthouse is amazing and you can see the Big House!
It's super close to all my classes at Ross too, so I'm very excited to live here next year!

Noise from garage bar was unbearable
Lived on the second floor and the noise from garage bar was unbearable on Thursdays and weekends, made our furniture shake. You can't sleep until 2am. Terrible!!!!!!

Sterling Arbor Blu: THE place to live on-campus
Arbor Blu is PHENOMENAL! Not only does this property provide top-of-the-line amenities and apartments, but management incorporates numerous resident events and giveaways to provide ways to surprise residents and make their day! I would recommend anyone (regardless if they are a University of Michigan student) to live at Arbor Blu!

Have loved living here
The location is great and close to all my classes and a fun weekend. The maintenance and office is very responsive. Impressed with the views at the top and the study room

Great amenities
This place is super close to classes, restaurants, the bars, etc. Everything is nice and clean. Staff are super nice and friendly. They like to hand out merch (books, pens, bags, cups, water bottles) in the lobby.
