To be honest, there isn't a time there aren't dogs barking, the person upstairs is very heavy footed and we hear them through our the night. My boyfriend and I have tried to talk to a few, but seemed as if they weren't interested. I give 3 stars, because the hallways always smells like good food, and Miss Ashley across the way upstairs, has been very kind in our brief interactions.

I love my apartment, management was kind and very helpful. Even though they were super busy I appreciated them remaining kind and treating me like I was important. They even gave me a goody bag as a new resident. I definitely recommend renew ann arbor!!

Very Helpful Temporary Home
We were welcomed by the staff even though we had a short term lease due to a fire at our home. The apartment was very attractive and comfortable Especially liked the walk-in closets and the fireplace. We are older than most residents but watched tennis and pickleball players using the courts and picnics at the grill area by the pool. Lots of pets and wonderful areas to walk and explore with your pet. 5 minute drive to downtown and close to Busch's Market, CVS and Pet Supply. Our stay was short... but really enjoyable during a stressful situation.

The location is perfect and quiet and there are essential stores on walking distance. The bus stop right in front of the building is very convenient. The neighbors are nice and everyone respect each other's space. The nature all around is great!
