It was a very clean move in. They were able to accommodate my medical needs on every way shape and form. My apartment was very clean when I moved in I hardly needed to do any cleaning. I have a few minor fixes but they stated they’ll be able to take care of them

I really like my experience! My unit is wonderful, it was the cleanest any of my apartments have been starting out. Very spacious, cant hear any noise in my unit (even tho i can hear it in the hall which proves the walls are thick). I felt super welcomed and also feel very safe. My AC might have a slight issue but the staff is so warm and kind that I don’t foresee that being an issue and it’s not bad enough to the point where I feel like making a request right now. I’m excited to use the sauna... and gym :)

Renew is a very good community and the new management is excellent. As a student it is a good place for an apartment since it is within walking distance of the stadium and biking distance to class
