Do not live here. Miserable.

If you can at all avoid it, absolutely do not live here. It has been the single biggest mistake I have ever made. The units are visually appealing, which I understand makes these units desirable. However: this building is managed EXTREMELY poorly. No sound dampening efforts were made at all in the construction of this building, to the point I can clearly hear every step, every conversation, every sneeze of my neighbors.

The first floor of this building is a shared hotel and restaurant space....
Again, no noise dampening whatsoever between these spaces and the residential spaces. The restaurant often has live music, which can be heard loudly and clearly on the residential floors. If you are unfortunate enough to live on the second floor, you will experience this to the extremes. In addition, the hotels directly below the residential spaces, especially on the 2nd floor, make living here truly unbearable.

Management is nearly impossible to get in contact with. If you do get in contact with them, they simply do not care about any concerns whatsoever. Being a new construction that cut lots of corners, there are a variety of issues tenants have with doors being installed incorrectly, kitchens having unfinished aspects, paint all over the floors, paint chipping and falling from ceilings, gaps between the floors and walls, allowing for bugs and more noise, etc. None of these issues have been addressed in a timely manner.

Again, if you can at all avoid it, live somewhere else. You will absolutely regret signing a lease here.

Aesthetics are NOT everything

When it comes to feeling secure and safe in a home, it takes a lot more than optics. Prospective renters should research this type of situation well before renting.

Attractive apartments, but noise, incomplete amenities, and operational issues.

Pros:
Attractive apartments with high-end appliances and strong visual appeal.

Cons:
The property does not deliver what is advertised, especially considering the cost.

Key Issues:
Construction & Noise: Poor insulation, visible construction shortcuts, and no soundproofing result in significant noise from neighbors and common areas.

Amenities & Fees: Many advertised amenities are unavailable or unfinished but full fees are charged.

Management & Security: Management and maintenance support...
are limited, with inconsistent communication and response times. Security and access control are also concerns due to frequent non-resident foot traffic and shared access points.

Parking:
Parking can be difficult, especially during on-site events, and residents are not notified in advance.

Bottom Line:
While the apartments are visually appealing, incomplete amenities, noise issues, limited communication, and security concerns make it hard to justify the price. Improved management and follow-through could enhance the experience, but the property currently falls short.

Terrible management

I would advise against renting here. The building has zero insulation so you can hear every word from the upstairs and down stairs neighbors. Management also doesn’t respond to tenant issues.
