If you want to pay 3k to live like you’re in a dorm, this is your place! Parking is a nightmare, walls are paper thin and there’s constant maintenance/landscaping that will wake you up if your neighbor doesn’t. It’s incredibly annoying getting in/out of your unit bc you have to use key fab to lock and unlock and if you don’t have a close parking spot, you can expect it to take 5-7 min just to get into your unit each time. Terrible management. They will add fees. Lie to you and about you. They are going to run this place into the ground. I would highly recommend living literally anywhere else. They price gouge and the homes will fall apart on you.

Final complaint is random, but rather than contacting me, they once threw away a package of mine because the name didn’t EXACTLY match the name on my lease. Just another example of ick management.

Finally, they offer to enter you in contests for gift cards when you write good reviews, so don’t trust the positive reviews you see.

I love this apartment so much, it’s so clean and quiet. Always friendly neighbors around, walking their adorable friendly dogs! The pool is amazing, and the club house is a great place to have company. So happy.

Seems like a nice enough place until you step outside and realize it is a mosquito infested swamp. The "pond" in the complex is a sight for sore eyes and only acts as a breeding ground for bugs. You cannot walk outside and the bugs follow you in through the doors. I know we live in Maine but the apartment complex does nothing to address the issue.
