This beautifully renovated waterfront home comes fully equipped with an air conditioning heat pump,... dishwasher, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings. A babbling brook flows down to the water a mere 15 feet from the camp entrance and leads to the largest privately owned sand beach on Brewer Lake. The waterfront comes with a large deck, grill, kayaks, and fire pit.
The cottage consists of two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with a queen on the bottom and a single on top. There is also a pull-out queen couch in the living room. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped with a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The unit is air-conditioned with a heat pump.
Yes, have access to the two-bedroom camp and waterfront area. The two-car garage located on the property is not accessible by guests.
The camp is located on a quiet dirt road with miles of walking access along the shore of Brewer Lake. Great for biking, running, or walking.
Room for three or four cars to park. Many people ride their bikes, walk, run, or bring ATVs along the dirt road. This campus is located on a very quiet section of the lake, with only three camps beyond it on the road.
Please note that the camp is located on a dirt road. In the spring an AWD vehicle is recommended, although many neighbors do access their properties without AWD.
