Bring your horse! Studio apartment for single occupancy features a kitchenette, large, open living/sleeping room, and bathroom (with shower, no tub). Beautiful pastural views... from the window at the front of the apartment. Washer and dryer for your dedicated use are available in the garage. Small yard for your dog so that you can just open the door and let them outside which is a huge plus in winter!

**Please note that some photos show a sliding door at the front, but that has been replaced with a large egress window. Carpet and old linoleum have been replaced with newer vinyl planks.**

Trash removal, plowing and lawn care are included in rent. Utilities are not included. Heat and AC via a heat pump. Landing and steps are shoveled by tenant. Apartment is above a garage and you will hear garage sounds.

Horse person preferred but not required. Stall/paddock + hay storage for one, two or three horses is available at $330/horse. The apartment window overlooks their paddock and two run-in in the "small" red barn. Paddock can be split in two easily. Automatic waterer in paddock. Board is rough board - no services provided by owner - you pick, provide hay, do all feeding, etc. There is a wonderful co-op on site of boarders who split feeding duties - and you have the option to join in. Picking services can also be arranged for an additional fee.

Friendly dog or cat considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional pet fee required.

Minimum Credit Score: 650
Minimum Monthly Income: $2400
First months rent ($975) and security deposit ($1600) = $2,575. Deposit is required to hold the apartment.
