The apartments appear nice at first glance, but there is black mold against the walls that will not go away, the cieling, windows, and walls are constantly leaking when it rains or snows, the heat stops working frequently, there is no insulation in the walls or windows, and it is very cold, the internet works 10% of the time if we are being generous, the parking lot is extremely icy, not sanded, and horribly maintained, and that is just the tip of the iceburg. It is also extremely loud at all... times, and the pricing is ridiculous for the value. If you don't want to waste your money, don't live here.
