The apartments are loaded with amenities and are so lovely. Byron, the leasing agent, made this process so much less scary then it was initially because he was so welcoming and helpful!

I was surprised to find out this is a very quiet neighborhood. Our neighbors are very pleasant. The apartment is warm and cozy and everything we need is near by.
After living in the country, it’s very refreshing to have stores so close by.

Everything went well from application to move-in. The 2 gentlemen were very accomodating. They make you feel at home literally. The place was beautiful and peaceful and accessible to everyday needs.

It has been just a year since I moved in. I have enjoyed it very much. Everyone at the office has been helpful and cordial. Kyle has been very responsive to the very few items needing repair.

I have recommended living here to many friends. I wish there was some way to get to know the residents living. In the various buildings, perhaps a passworded directory or a group page by invitation. It is hard to remember names when we have gatherings.

I would love to have some raised gardening... plots as I am a Master Gardener.

Otherwise, I love living here close to all Brunswick and surrounding areas.

I recently moved into Atlantic Pointe. From the moment my daughter and I walked into the Leasing Office, Byron and Jared were nothing but exceptional. They made, what typically is a very daunting task of moving, a seamless process. They are extremely professional, yet very compassionate, in assisting us through this process.
