I like the area. I think things inside the apartments can be better. Like the tubs tiles. The grout around them. More counter space in the kitchen more cabinet areas.

My experience has unfortunately gone down in the 6 years I have lived here. Touch ups/upgrades for existing tenants never happens, rent keeps going up every year and the maintenance department does not know what attention to detail means.

Area is quiet and clean. I’ve lived here for 2 years and no complaints other than no gym. All neighbors are friendly and staff is always ready to help with questions.

Been here for 2 years stolen license plates were the only issue that I had here, other than that I’ve had a good experience living here. Maintenance department is the best!

The process was fast. The apartments is pretty cute. Maintenance was fast in doing a work order. I just wish they enforced people picking up their dogs poop.
