I lived here for a year and overall really enjoyed my stay. The property is very well kept and clean. The lobby’s Christmas decoration around December are a very nice touch. You’ll pretty much never see people lounging around rarely even in passing by in the hallways. The gym has a lot of great equipment. The maintenance man is prompt and efficient on fixing issues you may have. The property manager is very helpful and get back to you about every inquiry quickly. Her door is always open which is... a great thing. The only issue I had was with the neighbors above me and sometimes to the left. The older woman above me seemed pretty miserable and used to complain about my music being too loud. I handled the situation by letting the authorities know once they payed her a visit all of her banging on the floor and coming to my door immediately came to a hault. If this is your first time renting don’t ever be afraid to stand up for yourself. The apartment is set up nicely for the square footage. Good size bed room, loved the closet. Bus stops right outside of the building. Easy access to the mall where there are many bus transfers. This apartment is about the only thing I’ll miss about Baltimore.
