I live here almost one year right now. Everything is fine manager is nice big problem is parking . The manager said they have two parking lot . When I come after 6 p.m. all parking lot are full. Don't think about street parking always full after 6 p.m. another problem is mice . When I see the mice I called them they come right away and they do something and then they leave some mice trap. Funny thing is mice are so smart mice stay away from the trap.all my friend before you move thing about... smart mice and packing ok!!!!!!

Maintenance UNRESPONSIVE
My 63 year old aunt lives here and has, twice now, had brown water dripping from bathroom walls. Call after call and the problem is not address. Emergency call after emergency call, and they’re not even responding.
