No art. No management. No point.

Other than the model apartments, it's too little for the money.

She was very unreceptive, very dismissive and did not allow me to inquire about anything before hanging up even though I only informed her that I was calling about availability when the property was first constructed.

Not every unit has those gorgeous windows. Most do not have balconies.

There is ONE elevator at the front of the building for 60-some apartments. The units themselves are handicapped accessible - but the building is not: if the elevator is out, the building is not accessible in or out.

Although I over qualified for these apartments, I would highly recommend the stay there , the managers were very helpful and patient throughout the whole application status process. I thank them for that more anything !

The apartments look nice and presents great opportunities for their future plans there as an artist at the art space apartments.

This seem to be a very representable company overall !
