Every professional has a student debt. This place has a 3rd party run credit (which as a Property Manager I can tell you is not proper) and you're declined if you have student loans (as every professional does). I have $50000 a year contract and $3000 left in student loans.

The employees of Addison Court are the worst attribute of this complex. They are consistently looking for ways to minimize their work load at the cost of their customers. I highly recommend being on guard when dealing with these people. They want to take your money, but do nothing after they get it. They definitely cut corners when building this property with everything being the cheapest quality i.e. cabinets, appliances, carpet, vinyl floors, etc. You can count on your AC running constantly,... therefore, a high energy bill. I love this apartment from the layout to the management team. It's quiet. This is the ONLY apartment in the whole city that has an elevator! So this makes moving in and bringing groceries to the 2nd floor a breeze. Paying rent online is less of a hassle. The best part is that no one can just drop by unannounced. They have to be buzzed in...HELLO! I love it!!!! The Club House is great with the pool, Fitness and Business Center. It's right across from Target, Wal-Mart, Ross, Old Navy, Marshalls,... Sam's Club, Panera Bread, Barnes and Noble, Kohls, Hobby Lobby. You're surrounded by restaurants Apple Bees, Out Back Steak House, Chili's, Red Lobster, Green Turtle (Pub), Bob Evans, IHOP, Buffalo Wild Wings, and The Flaming Grill. I have a 2bd 2 ba. There are two different layouts of the two bedrooms. Not only are you given a personal tour of the property before filling out the application, but you are privileged enough to select the exact apartment you are applying for because management lets you see the available units with the desired number of beds and baths. These units are practically brand new, having been built in September. It is upscale, granite counter tops with large bathrooms and closets. Carpet throughout... except in the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen sink is very large. There is a 24/7 gym that has televisions and a water fountain, and a pool (pool hours are posted) and since the pool is outdoor, you are given the privilege of utilizing the indoor pool at a sister property for the winter. There is an amazing business center room that is very upscale and quiet with large Mac desktop equipment. There is an extra fee for pets, but if you're like me, you won't think that is a problem. On the property there are dog stations for trash disposal which is a plus because that is rare, and encourages owners being responsible and cleaning up after their dog. The stairs and mailboxes are inside! This is especially awesome for those cold winter days, you don't have to worry about the stairs being wet from rain or icy from snow and you can stand inside and check your mail. There are buzzers to where you may buzz up packages or guests and the buzzers ring to an extension of your choice! Also, on the call screen, your apartment number is not listed! Just your randomly assigned extension!! There are large elevators which is great for moving because everything, even a king sized mattress can fit into the elevator. There are also bell carts available always for everyone to use which is very helpful when you have a lot of groceries and also for the move in.
