Been here more than a year and it’s been great. The apartments are a bit older but they’re no different from new apartments when it comes to standard of living. Property management is highly responsive and maintenance staff does a good job. Rent considering location is good.

I am beyond frustrated with Woodmont Park Apartments. I had my brand new car vandalized — someone completely broke the rear wiper while it was parked inside the complex. This happened in a so-called “secure” property that charges premium rent.

What security? What safety? Clearly, there is none. No cameras, no monitoring, no accountability. Management has been completely unresponsive to my complaint. I emailed them with photo evidence, and they replied with an empty "Sorry". It’s like they don’t... care at all about the residents or our property.

I moved here expecting peace of mind, but instead, I feel angry, unsafe, and deeply disappointed. If you’re considering moving here — don’t. Save your money and go somewhere that actually prioritizes resident safety and takes responsibility when things go wrong.

You pay for a secure community, but what you get is silence and neglect.

I lived at Woodmont Park Apartments for two years, and while there were some positives, several issues stood out during my stay:

Pet Policy Violation: Although the complex claims to have a no-pets policy, pets are clearly allowed. Unfortunately, some pet owners neglect to clean up after their pets, leaving unpleasant surprises in common areas.

Noisy Wooden Floors: The wooden flooring in the units is very creaky. Even light footsteps from neighbors can be heard, which makes it difficult to... enjoy a peaceful environment, especially at odd hours.

Package Theft: Items delivered to my doorstep were stolen on more than one occasion. This lack of security is a major concern, and management did not take adequate steps to address the issue.

High Rent Increases: The rent hikes are steep. After the first year, my rent went up by 11%, and it increased by another 6% in the second year. This feels excessive, especially considering the unresolved issues in the complex.

While the location and amenities might appeal to some, these drawbacks made my experience less than ideal. I hope management takes steps to improve these areas for future residents. Read More

Hi, I am a tenant here since 2017. Absolutely enjoying my home. Great location, nice schools, bus , train easily accessible. Maintenance staff is the best. I have stayed in other apartments too in Rockville, and have experienced different staffs. Woodmont parks provides the best service. They do what they can at their best to solve our problems as soon as possible mostly the same day. Ms. Yvone is very kind hearted person. After she came in management I see many positive and fast changes,... related to safety,cleanliness. I wanted to give 5 star, but only because of Roches I gave 4 star to the property. Again management comes in the picture whenever I call I need paste control,they come,(twice a month) quite reasonable.

I moved here back in 2020 during the pandemic, since then I have had nothing but great things to say about this complex. I have had no issues with pests, no issues with maintenance (even after hours, they are timely!) They replace, fix, and make sure you are taken care of.

The property manager Ms. Yvonne, she is stellar, she has an open door policy, readily available, she has a solution for your inquires, and always makes sure to have you feeling cared for.

She relates and makes it... personable. I was facing tough situations due to the pandemic and she went above and beyond to connect me by providing me with information, she is stellar and definitely a main reason as to why I am still a tenant.

If you are looking to rent here, yes, their is one thing that could change, the parking situation. Their are no parking passes but sometimes you may need to drive around the complex about 10 times to find a spot. It can become annoying after a while, however I still would recommend it.
