I had a great experience with Carlos!
He came over to fix my shutters bc he remembered from his previous visit that I had issues with them, which I really appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and got everything done quickly and efficiently.

Good community for families with kids . Big park n playgrounds, top rated schools. People from different parts of worlds are living happily here . All shopping n eataries are nearby n metro station n bus facility is easily accessible.

I loved this place it is truly living with a nature feeling having big trees around apartments also the balcony is very spacious in Rollins and the amenities are amazing also the events in RCC clubs are superb we really enjoyed during winters mainly they held different exercises with a trainer and also community is vey nice!

PROS: The price is very good for what it is. I got a renovated 1B1B which was in excellent condition with a very clean overall feel to everything. The balcony is very spacious and a pleasure to sit on. The agents were reasonably helpful but there were no major hiccups in the move-in process. The area is extremely convenient but is just far enough off the Rockville pike where you get some sense of a break from all the noise. Every other resident I have met has been very welcoming and we even... frequently exchange hello's. The storage lockers are very convenient although pretty small. There are ample and convenient guest-only parking spots which don't require any extra steps other than just having your guest park there.
CONS: You have to pay about $3.75 for a load of laundry which is lame, but not bad based on what other people pay in the area. In the first month I got two emails about vehicle break-ins which is concerning. There is a fob lock on the building door, and a weird electronic key lock on the unit door that auto-locks itself no matter what. It takes some getting used to that you can never step outside the apartment without your keys. I did an at-home test that came back positive for lead paint on the walls. It has clearly been painted over, but there is enough to react with the test solution.
