Beautiful Apartments. Wonderful Amenities. Quick/Efficient Maintenance.

We have all experienced poor management from our past rental properties. For me, I felt like I had one of the worst experiences of my life and the team at Mallory Square turned it all around for me.

My husband and I, our newborn son and our dogs were desperately looking for an apartment after being displaced from another apartment complex down the street due to mold. (That’s a whole other... story) When we told the team at Mallory Square what we had been through, they made it their priority to help us out! Blaise, who was our point of contact throughout the whole process, made sure that we were able to move in quickly and without a hitch! He was so accommodating and truly cared about the situation that we found ourselves in. We finally felt safe. Like we could breathe.

Ramone and Kimberly also made us feel so welcome. Their hospitality is second to none. Any question we had, they were there. We feel like family. Every time we are in the front office, they ask “How is everything going today? Are you adjusting well?” Just small gestures like that, make such a huge impact on how you feel on where you are living.

On move in day-we noticed a small leak and let Blaise know immediately. His maintenance team had it fixed quicker than we could have imagined! So thankful for their communication and efficiency.

At the end of the day, we could not be more grateful for the staff, the clean/beautiful apartment, and all the amenities we now get to enjoy. We finally have a safe place to raise our baby boy.

Staff is responsive and helpful. Amenities are great and clean, the place is full of life, and it's very comfortable. Located in a solid location close to many stores, restaurants, post office, etc. All in all a very pleasant place to live.
