Do not move here. Terrible conditions, bad smells, rats, and constant maintenance issues that need fixing. Overpriced for what you get.

Do not move in here if you don't want to have smoke in your apartment. There's a lot of people smoking on balconies here and all that smoke will get into your apartment. Management is not doing anything about it. Management is just pretending this is non-smoking community.

The maintenance budget and management team are way too small for a property this old and of this size. Getting anyone to do things big or small is a major undertaking and not worth the hassle for the high prices you pay for supposed luxury

Today is the 12th water shut off in the past year. Broken entrance on Marinelli for 5 months. Repairs take months for the things big and small. Staff ignores requests for help and locks the door to the office often. Shocked at how unresponsive they are when we are all paying top dollar. Renters formed tenant association things were so bad. Fired the valets.

It is safe and convenient for living.
