Been here almost 3 years. In that time I’ve had no AC for 8 months, had a constant leak for the entirely of the time here. Currently have a huge hole above my shower that’s been here for months with no hope in them trying to help me to repair it. Done everything I can to try and sort things out and just get my apartment into just not having issues but I almost never have had that in my time here. Quality of living has fallen so down and I really feel defeated in trying to just not have glaring... problems resolved.
